1. How To Raise Nasal Dorsum

Generally, people think that an upturned nose is way too high and it shows too much nostrils. However, the upturned nose is shaped in a way where the glabella is low or positioned lower than it should be, which makes the nose look short. In this case, you can make your nose look longer by doing surgery.

2. Cartilage Surgery

If the cartilage that forms the tip of your nose is raised, it makes the nose tip higher in the front and shows nostrils excessively. In this case, the upper side of the cartilage needs to be cut and is pulled down to be fixed.

3. Cartilage Grafting Surgery

If the cartilage adjustment is not sufficient to increase the length of the nose tip, additional cartilage trans-
plants can be used to increase the length of the nose tip.

4. Cartilage Surgery + Cartilage Grafting Surgery + Augment Rhinoplasty

For these procedures, the cartilages and cartilage re-
gimen are used to correct the shape of the nose. The nasal dorsum (bridge), is raised by an implant and the nose is pulled forward by inserting a cartilage at the tip of the nose.
