Cinderella’s Revision Rhinoplasty Process
Before
After
1. In case of asymmetry (movement of implants)
In cases where implants have moved or if the nose is asymmetrical, we will remove the implants and make a balanced space for the new implants, which are made to suit the patient properly. To ensure and avoid the implant from moving, it is placed in between the cartilage.

2. If the nose bridge is
too narrow
Change the width of the implants to a wider one.
Before
After
3. If the nose bridge is too high
In cases where the nose bridge is too high, the implants will be removed and the height will be read-
justed before inserting them back into the nose. If you have a wide nose bridge, you would be able to achieve a natural and pretty looking nose without the insert-
ion of an implant.

After
4. If the nose tip is deformed
Remove the implants at the nose tip and reconstruct the cartilage at the tip of the nose.
Before
After
5. If the nasal tip is lowered
In cases where the nasal tip is lowered, a nasal septal cartilage will be used to create a support at the nose tip to make it strong. Then, an autologous cartilage is inserted to correct the nasal tip.
Before
After
6. If the nose is shortened by deployment
In cases where the nose is shortened due to a deployment, the silicone will be removed to straighten the cartilage at the nose tip. Then, the nose tip will be readjusted with a nasal septum cartilage or artificial cartilage.
Before
After
7. If the skin has become thinner by inserting the implants all the way to
the nose tip
In cases where the the skin has become thinner due to the implants being too close to the nose tip, the implant will be removed and an autologous cartilage will be used to perform the nose tip surgery separately.
